Classical Music Theory
Lessons on classical music theory are designed to help you understand and excel at the foundations and principles of the music language. Fundamental levels include beginning ear training, chord knowledge, and scale structures. Advanced levels are based upon student need, and can range from basic school knowledge through university level coursework.
Jazz Music Theory
Lessons on jazz music theory will build on basic theory fundamentals (above). These lessons are geared to improve the jazz language, focusing on jazz chord structures, extended chords, harmonies, and a practical application that will lead to improved improvisation.
