Lessons in composition and arranging focus on basic harmony, part writing, small-group arranging, basic big band arranging, and concert band arranging. Students will learn instrumentation specifics, as well as methods to creating their own compositional sound.
Murphy Woodwinds is a studio devoted to teaching saxophone, flute, and clarinet to students of any age who wish to better their craft. We specialize in doubling and commercial playing, and offer many other music educational opportunities.
